Join Kelly Logan, vineyard owner/manager of Baxter’s Vineyards in his lesson on pruning in the vineyard from 9-12 p.m.! Learn about spur pruning to establish cordons on newly planted grape vines. Participants will need to bring pruning shears and dress for cold weather. You can pre-register by calling 217-453-2528 and it will be $10 per person. What a great way to see what goes on behind the scenes at the vineyard to help produce a bountiful grape harvest! Includes one glass of wine, and wine samples and light refreshments will be available following the workshop.
