Fiddlehead Cellars was founded in California by Kathy Joseph to "capture the pure essence" of her two favorite varietals; Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Her quest has lead her to her twentieth vintage, producing terroir-driven sauvignon Blanc from the eastern-end of the Santa Ynez Valley and Pinot Noir from the Santa Rita Hills. Fiddlehead produces about 5,000 cases a year, allowing for great attention and care to each wine. Kathy's wines are elegant and full of character and are great fun to pair with food.
