This mountain vineyard is dedicated to producing only three cabernet blends: Cain Cuvee, Cain Concept and caine Five. Join Chris Howell, winemaker and general manager, for a spectacular evening.
A four course menu is prepared by the chef's at 2100 Prime to compliment the wine selection of the evening.
