Food Pyrenees Introduces "A Foodie's Field Trip to France"

- Just in Time for New Year's Resolutions

Join us for a culinary journey in the rich, yet unspoiled southwestern region of France, and discover the true heart of French gastronomy.

Instead of distancing ourselves from food by decomposing it into charts and boxes (for example, the Food Pyramid), we reveal the time-honored savoir-faire of the Midi-Pyrenees (the home of the French Paradox), where food is fully embraced in the lifestyle.

You will partake in hands-on cooking classes in a local restaurant, visit markets and castles, and stay at a 13th-century fortified stone house in a medieval hilltop village.

March 17th - March 25th (8 days | 8 nights)

We are offering our first tour at $3,150 per person; 30% off the regular price ($4,500). All we ask for in return is your candid feedback. Group size is limited to 8 participants.

What is included:

• Eight nights’ accommodation (two in Toulouse and six in Ariège)

• Daily breakfast, all meals with their wine pairings from Bonjour! to Bon Voyage!

• Your full-time English-speaking guide

• Private local transportation including airport transfers

• Four half-day hands-on cooking classes with Chef Jean-François Martin

• Excursions, tastings and tours, entrance fees and materials.
