Inwood Hill Spirits & Wines Room is hosting a special tasting event for Cognac One.

We'll introduce you to three of our wines, including Ayala Zero Dosage Champagne,  and South African Chenin Blanc Fynbos by Xavier Flouret.   

--Cave de Tain Crozes Hermitage, Rouge 2008: Located in the Northern Cotes du Rhone, left bank, this appellation concentrates more than 11 villages around Tain L'Hermitage. The Mediterranean influence in this continental climate adds power and intensity to the structure of the wine. Blackberry fruit flavors.   

-Ayala Zero Dosage Brut nature: Without any added sugar, this Champagne is extremely aromatic on the nose and shows interesting complexity. The dryness of the wine is balanced by the fruitiness of the Pinot Meunier (20%).   

 --Chenin Blanc Fynbos by Xavier Flouret: The mediterean climate and the organic Oakleaf soil allow the Chenin Blanc to express all of its potential, with an elegant light straw color, apricot aromas and very enjoyable minerality.
