Dine & Drink, Inc. invites you to discover Paramount Room - a modern food & drink spot in a 100 year old former speakeasy in River West offering a chef driven menu of internationally inspired cuisine paired with craft beers, boutique wine, and expertly crafted cocktails.
Recently given, for the second year in a row, a Michelin Bib Gourmand rating for gourmet food at a great value, Paramount Room features a unique, dual level space loaded with urban charm and contemporary design elements created by Nicole von Meier Design. On the street level, a handsome storefront tavern space features exposed brick, lofted ceilings, distressed wood floors, an open kitchen, cozy booths and an indigo color-scheme accented by dark wood tones. One floor below, a resurrected prohibition-era basement speakeasy has been completely redesigned with chic modern lounge elements and high, dramatic ceilings.
Enjoy a full menu of acclaimed food by Chef Partner Stephen Dunne and dessert by Pastry Chef Suzi Beu, and take advantage of special Valentine's food and drink features.
Our friendly staff will be happy to assist with pairing suggestions including our "No Crap On Tap" Craft Beer and Belgian Ales selection (as well as boutique wine and a full bar).
