We will discover their similarities and differences by having a New World “Cal – Ital” dinner starting with a Cheese Plate with a deep, dark California Zin and an Italian Primitivo, accompany Spicy Lamb Burgers with a pair of Primitivos, partner an Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Zinfandels and end our evening with the Darkest Chocolate Bread Pudding.
