For this class we're pulling out all the stops. When we mean the "Best" of the "Great Varietals", we're serious. This class will provide an opportunity to sample some of
California's greatest wine. California's "Best" varietals—Chardonnay, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, and Syrah—are world class and offer unique wines of incomparable quality.
From each varietal, we'll pick examples of the best of the best, the top examples that demonstrate just how good California wine can be. Make no mistake, this is not a
survey tasting that includes "value" wines or "best buys"; this tasting will be nothing but outstanding, high-end examples of the best of California's greatest varietals. A
must for all California wine lovers, or Euro drinkers who want to see just how good California wine can be! SEATING LIMITED—RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
