Enjoy three specially selected courses beginning with a Mixed Green Salad with Blue Cheese Crumbles, Dried Cranberries, Glazed Pecans, and a Raspberry Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Candlelight followed by an elegant Rack of Pork with Pear Apple Compote paired with Tassel Ridge 2008 Iowa St. Croix.
