Chocolate is wonderful alone but it can become a true culinary experience when savored with different foods and beverages. The range of flavors that complement chocolate is amazing! Some combinations are classic—coffee, almonds, caramel, and WINE!  It’s fun to experiment with taste profiles and figure out what combinations you like best, so at this class we will sample a variety of wines with different chocolates to find some new favorite combinations.
