Join Property Mixologist Aaron DeFeo, along with guests from the United States Bartenders' Guild for an exciting afternoon of classic cocktails!  Guests will discover the historic origins of some of the world's most beloved cocktails, along with how to make them with only the best ingredients.  This event is open to the public, as well as industry.

What Makes a Cocktail?

Ingredients – Discussion of quality ingredients, home-made ingredients, fresh ingredients

Shrubs – History & Demonstrations, along with tasting

Stirred Cocktails – History & Demonstrations, along with tasting

Sours – History & Demonstrations, along with tasting

Additional Info:  Attendees will receive their very own bar tool at the beginning of each class.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn shaking and stirring techniques, along with measuring techniques.  This will be the first in a series of six cocktail classes for the year.  Upon completing all six classes, attendees will receive a certificate of distinction, and will have a complete set of home bar tools.
