Founded in 1987 in the Dundee Hills, by Brian Croser and Rollin Soles, this winery is one of Oregon's premier properties. Rollin Soles will lead us through an unforgettable evening of wines including his single-vineyard pinots and his sparkling wines.
A four-course dinner will be prepared by the Executive Chef at 2100 Prime, the hotel's acclaimed restaurant.
