February is the month of love and the wine’s best expression of love is Champagne, of course. Tonight we sample some of the most thrilling and delicious Champagnes we know, divided up into two magnificent styles. First is the all-Chardonnay elegance of Blanc de Blancs, and the grower-producers we will be offering include great producers like Agrapart, Pierre Peters, Jean Milan and others. The second style is the elite, most prized style of Brut Rosé, due to its glorious tinting with Champagne’s finest Pinot Noir. We will sample Vilmart, Geoffroy, Gonet-Medevelle, Camille Saves and more! SEATING LIMITED—RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
