All (but one) of the tastings are conducted classroom style, with detailed information presented on each wine, food pairings and time for questions. February is the month for sweet romance, so this month's Champagne School will focus on sweet champagnes paired with chocolate. Sample three different champagnes made with a high "dosage" (addition of sugar - you can do that in Champagne!) and learn about how this oldest of champagne styles is made. An expert will take you through the tasting, pairing each champagne with a different type of chocolate. Why not treat your sweetheart to this indulgent tasting for Valentine's Day?
