Come Join Us at Su Vino Winery for an Evening of Wine Education - Tuesday, May 15th from 6:30 to 8:00pm

In the first of our series of wine education courses, we will teach you, in a fun relaxed environment, fundamentals of wine and wine tasting.  Enjoy several of our award winning wines paired with cheese, while you learn to become an effective wine taster.

Some of the topics that we will cover include:

• How to Swirl and Sniff and Why People Even Do It!
• How to Evaluate and Classify Wines
• How to Identify Flavor Characteristics

Conducted by our Production Winemaker Jon Coppins  and our winemaking staff, our class will be limited to the first 16 enrollees.  Call us at (480) 994-VINO to reserve your spot! Your $25 tuition includes several wine samples accompanied by cheese and crackers, a wine aroma wheel, wine evaluation worksheets, and a wine terms guide.  Bonus:  All enrolled students will receive a discount on any wine or merchandise purchases after the class
