With so many food combinations, strong flavours and wine pairing options there are a miriad of possibilities but wine is often the thing that is overlooked.

As we taste our way through 16 wines, interspersed with a great 3-course lunch, throughout the day we examine all the facets of wine you need to know to rapidly increase your choice, understanding and enjoyment of wines throughout the festive season.
