Learn to make mozzarella! We invite you to a unique hands-on experience, the only class where you can make, taste, and take home the fruits (or rather, ball) of your labor - but not before indulging in a one-of-a-kind tasting of fresh mozzarellas from the US and Italy. We'll cover everything from the coagulation process of turning milk into firm curds to rolling up your sleeves to turn those curds into milky, smooth balls of mozzarella. Enjoy a glass of wine as you taste and enjoy your masterpiece. Limited seating.
This is a hands-on course so please dress accordingly.
