Wine Educator Dieter Schafer invites you to Taste a Little, Learn a Lot. Each session taste Five to Six wines from Washington and France while you enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and the breathtaking view of Elliott Bay from fifth-floor Portfolio Restaurant … and perhaps stay for dinner.

The restaurant serves as an educational dining lab for culinary students at The Art Institute of Seattle. Open to the public, the restaurant presents a tempting menu of fine-dining courses emphasizing fresh seasonal favorites. Portfolio offers elegance at an affordable price.

Fridays, Five to Six pm.

February 3: Syrah and Grenache.

February 10: Valentine's Champagne and Sparkling.

February 17: Cabernet and Merlot.
