On May 4th & 5th, The Fairmont Banff Springs will host the 2012 Banff Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival. Indulge in a wide selection of local and international wines, port, sparkling wines, premium spirits, single malt and blended scotches, specialty liqueurs, and import and micro-brewed beer. Sample and savour gourmet treats from Banff restaurants and hotels. The Grand Tasting Hall offers a unique opportunity to explore new products and menus, interact with the experts and enjoy some of your tried and true favourites.
