Whether you’d like to build upon the lessons you learned in The Fundamentals of Cookingor simply to take your culinary skills to the next level and explore the sometimes intimidating world of fish cookery, this class is for you!
You’ll learn how to cook fish from start to finish: choosing the freshest fish in the market, saving money by butchering your own whole fish, and proper techniques and recipes for all types of tasty treats from the sea! And we won't stop there: you’ll learn a few more advanced knife skills (like how to sharpen your own knives at home), whip up some tasty side dishes to expand your culinary repertoire, and easy sauces to pull your fish dishes together!
Following this intensive and hands-on course, we’ll wind down just like the pros, over a glass (or two!) of wine and your delicious creations!
For those with allergies, please note that shellfish will be prepared during class.
