In this hands-on, interactive cooking class, Chef Andre Averseng will lead students in preparing a supreme brunch-style menu perfect for Spring gatherings like Easter and Mother’s Day. Students will learn to poach eggs, prepare home-made hollandaise sauce and craft the perfect fruit crepe – all with serious French flair! Once the techniques are mastered, guests will break for a lovely seated meal, relishing in the fresh brunch items. Cost is $65 per person; CLUB 9 and CLUB 9 Onyx discounts apply. All classes will be held at the Niner Wine Estates Demonstration Kitchen located at 2400 Highway 46 West, Paso Robles, CA 93446. Class space is limited and reservations are required.
