Cooking Class: Farmer’s Market to Table with Chef Maegen Loring

Students will join Chef Maegen Loring of The Neon Carrot for an unforgettable culinary journey to the Templeton Farmer’s Market where they will learn how to hand-pick the best winter meats, vegetables, and other produce from local growers. Students will then venture to the Niner Wine Estates Demonstration Kitchen, where they will learn how to prepare their market procurements under the guidance of Chef Loring. At the end of the class, guests will sit down to enjoy an intimate family-style meal. Cost is $110 per person; CLUB 9 and CLUB 9 Onyx discounts apply. Students are asked to meet at the Templeton Farmer’s Market.
