The Grapehound Wine Tour® - Virginia is a three-day celebration of greyhounds and greyhound adoption held every May in Loudoun County in Northern Virginia.
Your $30 admission ticket includes a food and wine tasting welcome at North Gate Vineyards on Friday evening, a commemorative wine glass and an "Adopt a Greyhound" car magnet, and wine tasting at various local wineries.
The main event is held Friday afternoon and all day Saturday at Lost Creek Winery where a huge wedding tent hosts vendors from ten states selling jewelry, art work, crafts and greyhound items. The main event also features music and wine tasting all day, with Uncle Moe's Soul Food also on site all day Saturday.
Sunday the event moves to Willowcroft Winery where vocalist Cindy McConnell performs on acoustic guitar and the wine tasting celebration of greyhounds continues.
There is no charge to shop the vendors or just come out and meet the greyhounds.
