The prestige of the wines of Bordeaux is uncontested, and the scope of quality from “everyday claret” to some of the world’s most sought-after, ageworthy wines is fascinating. We will not neglect to taste the dry whites, as well as the globally appreciated Sauternes in this class.
Metrovino Soif de Savoir (thirst for knowledge) will be offering this course as the fifth in a five night series intended to enhance the French Wine Society Scholar Studies, as well as provide an advanced level seminar for the interested amateur. Others in the series include:
