We will range from the roses of Provence to the curious and unique wines of Southwestern France, via the fascinating areas of Languedoc and Rousssillon. 

Wine styles tasted will include dry whites, rose, light and full-bodied reds, and perhaps finishing with one of the classic sweet wines.

Metrovino Soif de Savoir (thirst for knowledge) will be offering this course as the fourth in a five night series intended to enhance the French Wine Society Scholar Studies, as well as provide an advanced level seminar for the interested amateur.  Others in the series include:
