Be in on the wine-world's best-kept secret - Sherry!  We are going to have a stand-up tasting of all of the major types of true Spanish Sherry, from the pale, dry Fino to the unctuous Moscatel, by way of the mind-boggling dry Oloroso and rare Palo Cortado.

Each wine will be accompanied by a mouthful of fantastico, in the form of a tapa prepared by ace chef, Michael Allemeier.

We'll present each course and glass, and give you the lowdown on Andalusian wine and food culture! Viva!
