Contrary to popular belief, there are two distinct winegrowing areas of this region; North and South.  This class will illustrate the wide range of divergent wine styles produced here, in both white and red wines (and rose will make an appearance as well!).

 Metrovino Soif de Savoir (thirst for knowledge) will be offering this course as the third in a five night series intended to enhance the French Wine Society Scholar Studies, as well as provide an advanced level seminar for the interested amateur.  Others in the series include:
