Mount Pleasant Estates is not only an exquisite winery with some of the most succulent

grapes in the region, it also has one of the best chefs. Join us as Chef Dana Liljequist

teaches gourmet culinary classes at Mount Pleasant Estates. Make your reservations

early, as each class is limited to twenty people. All reservations require two weeks

advance notice.

 

     

Wine, Dine and Refine the Entrée Menu

Harvest Salad

Cucumber, red onions, feta and roasted red peppers accompany spring mix greens with a toasted garlic crouton and balsamic dijon vinaigrette

 

Rye Stuffed Pork Loin

Slow cooked and stuffed with rye bread, candied pecans and cranberries, served with apple chutney

 

Tuscan Risotto

Mushrooms, artichokes, prosciutto and parmesan cheese

                              

Price includes one glass of wine and a souvenir Mount Pleasant wine glass. Limit twenty people per class.  Classes are subject to availability.

 

Private classes are available upon request Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, now through March.  Classes may be scheduled for 11:00 am or 2:00 pm.
