Two of life’s greatest and most decadent pleasures! Combine the refreshing characteristics of Champagne with the creamy and gooey decadence of triple cream cheese to create a wonderful and luxurious pairing.
This Masterclass will explore the Champagne region of France, seeking the most interesting styles to match with these sumptuous cheeses: rosé, blanc de noirs, blanc de blancs, vintage, and non-vintage, youthful and mature.
But, which Champagne for which cheese? Lexie Thompson, Vinde Champagne Award Winner, and Nick Bath, founder of Blue Cow Cheese have combined their talents to create pairings you would never even think of attempting.
