Making Mozzarella & Fondue! – Yup from scratch. Soup to nuts. Bet you didn’t realize how easy it is. Classes are limited to 12 people and will be conducted in our Sub-Zero/Wolf kitchen at the chef's table with Chef Ryan Smith. Attendees will receive hands-on personal instruction and also opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get dirty!
