Educational, fun and very tasty journeys to the wine regions of the world, in the beautiful new kitchen/wine boutique at 7414 Crowfoot Road NW, Calgary 403-296-2200
Our Regional Tastes of Italy series has been such a huge success with each event selling out, that we’re introducing a French series for 2012!
Featuring the cuisine and wine of one French region each month, we will be treated to an indulgent four course meal paired with superb premium wines, each representing some of the finest of the region.
Our menu will be created and prepared by chef Thierry Meret and
French pastry chef Marnie Fudge of Cuisine et Chateau, (Thierry was executive chef of La Chaumiere and winner of Chaine de Rotisseurs’ 1996 Dinner of honorable distinction award) and they will lead us on our Tour de France, culinary journeys of discovery.
6.30 pm on: January 21st ~ Rhone Valley
February 18th ~ Bordeaux
March 24th ~ Loire Valley
April 21st ~ Burgundy
