Friends, family and food are a way of life in Spain and nothing signifies that better than the classic tapas. Little bites with big flavor. Learn from Madrid native, Chef Luis De Haro on how make regional small dishes paired with regional wines. Chef Luis will start this summer session of tapas with one of the sparkling wines of Spain and special marcona almonds from the Mediterranean. The menu for the evening includes:
• gazpacho Manchego
• serrano ham rolls with extra virgin olive oil and tomato cream spread
• selecion de pinchos ( Basque tapas)
• piquillo peppers stuffed with bonito(Spanish tuna) moose
• cheeses from Spain
