Come enjoy a Glenmorangie Scotch Whiskey Pairing Dinner, Thursday, March 15th, 2011. The evening starts with a reception from 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM - at sophisticated iBAR and continues to the dining area of the Ironwood Steak and Seafood restaurant at 7:00 PM - Dinner. Cost per person is $75 plus tax and gratuity.

First Course:
Glenmorangie Original paired with Glenmorangie-Grain Mustard Cured Salmon with a Wasabi aioli, black pepper and a side of arugula salad
Second Course:
Glenmorangie Lasanta paired with Juniper dusted Venison Loin with a Celeriac risotto, Brussels sprout leaves and a cocoa jus
Third Course:
Quinta Ruban paired with Manchego, vanilla celeriac, poached pear, honey
Fourth Course:
Nectar D'Or paired with Milk Chocolate and Caramel Bread Pudding
