Join chef Diane Manteca and wine consultant Jonathan Tagliani as they show you how to prepare gourmet meals from various regions of Italy, and reveal their secrets for selecting wines that best complement your Italian fare. Each dish will be paired with different wines that we'll discuss and compare in class. Mangia!
