There’s nothing better than relaxing with a smooth glass of wine on a cold winter night. As the days get shorter and we see the first signs of snowflakes in the air, it’s also time to transition from our lighter wines to our darker, fuller and more complex winter wines. In this course we will explore wines from the classic wine growing countries of France, Italy, and Spain, and learn about up and coming countries such as Chile, Argentina and many others that are perfect with our heavier winter cuisines. Join us as we explore this impressive variety of wines and maybe discover a new favorite to warm you up during those cold winter nights.
