Join us on February 18 at 3:30 PMM for our Make Your Own Wine Infused Chocolate event at The Grape Escape Winery.
The Robinson Family has over 100 years of chocolate making experience and has agreed to combine their knowledge and expertise of making high quality chocolate with The Grape Escape’s expertise in wine making to create five custom blends just for you.
- The Cabernet Bar- Rich dark chocolate with a hint of blackberry
- The Super Tuscan Bar - Rich dark chocolate with a kiss of cherry
- The Shiraz Bar - Rich dark chocolate with a touch of orange and raspberry
- The Merlot Bar - Rich dark chocolate with a hint of raspberry
- The OriginalBar - Special blend of rich dark chocolate
Each unique chocolate bar comes in it’s own custom labeled gift box made by you. The cost is $75 per person or $130 a couple and includes the following activities:
* History of chocolate making and discussion on different chocolate types
* Chocolate and wine tasting/pairing
* Melt your choice of custom blend of chocolate (enough for 6 custom bars. An Admit One Ticekt gives you 6 bars, while a Couples Ticket allows for you to share the 6 bars)
* Infuse your chocolate with wine (directly from the barrel!)
* Create custom labels for your gift boxes
* Shrink seal your chocolate bars
* Enjoy our grilled pear with chocolate balsamic sauce prepared for you
The chocolate blend and wine infusion for our Vintner’s Cocoa Collection is only available at The Grape Escape. The Grape Escape winery is located in Dayton NJ (near Princeton) and is home to many unique food and wine events.
