Wikipedia's definition of wine complexity is a "combination of richness, depth of flavor, intensity, harmony, and finesse." Great complexity is the best compliment that you can give a wine. Complexity makes you return over and over again for another smell and sip, and each time you will find something new. Svetlana believes that a winemaker needs to have a talent, similar to that of a chef, to create a wine not just full of flavors, but also with a harmony among all of the flavors. Join us to learn more about wine complexity, and blindly taste six very special wines.
