Dear Wine Lovers,

Participate in our Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 Award in Wine.

 Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

·         Identify the main types and styles of wine available. 

·         Describe the styles and characteristics of wines made from the principal grape varieties, using the Systematic Approach to Tasting.

·         Understand the social, health and safety issues relating to the consumption of wine.

·         Match and pair wines by style to different food combinations.

This is One-day Class from 10AM to 5PM on February 26th, 2012.
