Dear Wine Lovers,

Update your education in wine by participating in our Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), especially Intermediate level of WSET 2.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

l  Describe the factors that influence the main styles of wine & characteristics of the principal grape varieties.

l  Describe the style and flavours of wines made in key regions and from principal grape varieties.

l  Apply principles of food and wine matching. 

l  Use the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting when tasting of wines.

l  Provide information and advice on the correct storage and service of wines and spirit.

The class will be lead 6 Tuesdays from 6pm to 9.30pm ,

Tuesday 21th, 28th February, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th March in 2012.

Then the exam will be on the

3rd April, 2012 from 5pm to 6.30pm.

The price include WSET exam, instruction, wine and all study materials.

A minimum of 43 wines and 7 spirits!
