This course will teach people how to taste wines, and learn what influences the styles of wines around the world, by sampling the major varieties that are grown by wine producers. During the three sessions, Carolyn will also cover areas such as interpreting wine labels, food and wine matching, organic wines, and how to read a restaurant wine list with confidence.

Each course will commence promptly at 7pm - 9pm, eight wines will be tasted at each session. The course will cost £75.00 for three sessions.

Tuesday 14th February - Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling.

Tuesday 21st February - Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.

Tuesday 28th February - Tempranillo, Grenache, Viognier and Chenin Blanc.
