As the West Coast’s premiere event to celebrate cocktail culture, the 2012 San Diego Spirits Festival has been carefully planned to appeal to both the consumer and industry insider alike – with endless opportunities to learn about the most exciting trends in cocktailing. From uncovering an under the radar artisan craft spirit to discovering the ‘next big brand’ – the Festival offers something for everyone (from the cocktail geek to the martini novice).
The stunning venue on the waterfront at the Port Pier Pavilion on Broadway offers an absolutely beautiful backdrop – the perfect platform to showcase all of the amazing and diverse brands that are a part of the newly revamped and re-invigorated festival.
The venue offers over 52,000 square feet for unforgettable experiences - including the Grand Tasting, a staged area for the Chef/Bartender Shakedown, an Ultimate Bartender Battle, educational seminars as well as special VIP parties. Silent Auction with proceeds going to our three charities Chef de Cuisine Association, American Institute of Food & Wine and the USBG.
