Any beginner who sees seemingly rational people swirling, smelling, gargling and spitting wine is allowed to think that those people are crazy. Why would anyone spit wine? Well, all that and more will be covered in this introductory class. We will taste assorted wines from around the world at varying price points. Any and all questions are welcomed and encouraged. It’s time to embrace the almighty grape once and for all!
