Although we all love our big, buttery, California Chardonnays, there is a wide world of white wine to explore, from Albarino to Verdelho, from Arneis to Xarel·lo. Many of these great whites are made not only in Europe, but right here in the U.S. and in other New World countries. If you have never had a California Gruner Veltliner or an Italian Arneis, join us for a tour of some of the wine world's lesser known by-ways. We will taste at least eight white varieties each evening and learn their place in history and on your table.
Please bring four clear wine glasses to each class meeting. Enrollment is restricted to persons 21 years of age or order. Refund deadline one week prior to start date. Early enrollment advised.
