Atlanta Wine School > The Italian Wine and Cheese Academy: A Total Immersion

It takes time to understand and appreciate Italian wines and cheeses so we're spreading this "total immersion" course over three (3) sessions, all held on Monday nights: March 19 and 26; April 2. Plus: Exam on April 9.

> The course covers all of Italy's major wine-producing regions.

> At least 6 wines tasted, per session.

> Exposure to classic, indigenous grape expressions as well as and modern, "new world" wine styles.

> Sample regional Italian cheeses and learn how they pair with the local wine.

> Course material includes a spiral bound book with maps and graphics.

> Italian Wine Academy graduates earn a Diploma of Achievement based on exam results.
