How do wine professionals (including our own instructors) develop their tasting skills? Practice. Practice. Practice.

In this class you'll learn the tasting methods used by experts to identify, evaluate and enjoy wine. That includes training your nose. In fact, some experts can identify a wine by smell before it ever touches their lips.

Your senses will get a workout as you learn the secrets of the pros, but you'll also be rewarded with 8 wines for tasting -- two of which will be sampled blind!

Between sips we'll also have cheese, crackers, baguettes, salami, chocolates and bottled water.

If you've never been to one of our classes or "don't know much about wine," know this: We're here to make learning fun. Our classes and tastings are led by energetic, multi-credentialed wine experts, but we're not a "lecture" wine school. We mix wine tasting with sociability -- and if a question pops into your head, ask it!
