Knowing the draw of having Tim Mondavi feature his sought-after Continuum wines at Capo has prompted us to arrange for back-to-back winemaker dinners! Those who act early will have the choice of attending either the Sunday, Feb. 5th dinner, or the Monday, Feb. 6th edition. Since seating at Capo is limited to just over 50 people, we managed to convince Tim to stay for an encore performance. Since the sale of his father Robert’s iconic winery, Tim has carefully nurtured his own vision of producing a single, World Class red from his Pritchard Hill property, situated in the same neighborhood as Colgin and Bryant Family. He has achieved spectacular success spectacularly quickly: the 2007 Continuum earned a 98 point Parker score, along with Mr. Parker’s heady observation that Tim’s 2007 “borders on perfection.”

Wally’s is thrilled to announce that these dinners will mark the first time all five available vintages of Continuum will ever have been tasted side-by-side outside of the winery!
