This single day course provides basic product knowledge and skills in the service of wine to prepare a person for their first job in the hospitality industry, or to upgrade the skills of someone already employed in this industry. This course is also a good introduction to structured wine studies for the wine enthusiast.

To achieve this certificate, the candidate must complete the training seminar, successfully complete a portfolio of tasting notes, and pass a multiple choice examination.

Perfect for a restaurant or a restaurant group, this course’s format is done as a one day seminar, with the examination done at the conclusion of the day’s activities. A WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) professional certificate for course completion will be provided for you after submission of your examination is submitted to the WSET in the UK.

Lastly, income tax receipts are issued in February to all students for the applicable tax year.
