Atlanta Wine School > Introduction to Wine, Level 2

You already have a basic knowledge of wine. Now, it's time to jump to the next level. If that sounds like you, Introduction To Wine, Level 2 may be what you're looking for.

Introduction To Wine, Level 2 is one course with 4 sessions, all of them on Tuesday nights: March (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th). You'll taste at least 6 high-end wines per session as you gain a better appreciation of what makes a "great" wine.

The course includes these topics/activities:

> Terroir, the unique fingerprint given to wine based on its place of origin; how does terroir shape the wine's taste?

> Food and wine pairing; what to drink with what you eat.

> Judging whether a wine is cellar-worthy; evaluating the flavors of aged wine.

> Focus on these wine-producing countries: Italy, France, Spain, U.S. and Germany.

> A six-course wine dinner.

If you have already taken our Introduction To Wine, Level 1 course, then Level 2 is the logical next step. However, Level 1 is not a prerequisite. Not sure if Level 2 is right for you? Please contact us.
