This course is designed for current and prospective wine professionals who are seeking career and resume enhancements. The CSW credential is recognized worldwide within the wine industry to signify a mastery of wine fundamentals. This course meets on five (5) Saturdays over a 10 week period to prepare students for the rigorous Certified Specialist of Wine certification exam which is administered by the SWE, the US's leading professional wine society. The course will include the CSW study guide, quizzes and weekly tastings but not the examination fee. The exam will be held at Johnson & Wales University on April 14th.
