We   will  see  some  of  Italy -- main highlights  in  Rome  and  Florence,   but   this   program   is   about   the   wine   and   culinary   experience!   We   will   therefore   delve   into   the   Chianti   Region,   the  Brunello   region,   and   even   see   how   the   famous   Parmesan   cheese   is   made.
